The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 237 "An                     
Act relating to offenses involving delivery of firearms to minors and          
to offenses involving possession of dangerous instruments, including           
firearms, by minors" and recommended it be replaced with                       
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 237(JUD), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to the possession of firearms by                             
minors and to offenses involving weapons."
